How the photography and illustrations on this site may be used, and how to request permission.
Ownership
All photography, illustration, and schematic artwork published on Discover Myers Park is original work produced for this publication. Unless a specific image carries its own credit line naming a different source, copyright in each image is held by Discover Myers Park.
Permitted use without a license
You may reference our images in ordinary editorial commentary, reviews, and link previews — for example, a social post or article that links back to the page the image appears on. In those cases we ask only that the image be shown at its published resolution, that it not be cropped in a way that changes its meaning, and that Discover Myers Park be credited with a visible link to the source page.
Use that requires a license
A written license is required before any image is used in advertising or marketing material, in a property listing or listing presentation, in printed or digital brochures, on a competing publication or directory, in any product offered for sale, or as training data for a machine-learning model. Redistribution of the image files themselves, whether or not a fee is charged, also requires a license.
Requesting a license
Licenses are granted case by case and are generally straightforward for local, non-competing editorial and civic use. To request one, email npeters@yourleaderinluxury.com with the page URL, the specific image, where it will appear, and the duration of the intended use. Please allow several business days for a reply.
Corrections and takedowns
If you believe an image on this site infringes your rights, or that a credit line is missing or incorrect, contact us at the address above with the page URL and a description of the image. We treat rights complaints as corrections and act on them promptly.
Property and privacy
Images depicting streetscapes, architecture, and public spaces are published for editorial purposes and do not imply that any property is for sale, that any owner endorses this publication, or that a property release has been obtained for commercial use. That is one reason commercial reuse requires a license.
