The Anchors
SouthPark is the Southeast’s luxury retail anchor and sits roughly seven minutes from most Myers Park addresses — flagship fashion, jewelry, and the widest selection of restaurants attached to shopping in the Carolinas. Park Road Shopping Center, Charlotte’s oldest, handles the opposite end: groceries, a cinema, a hardware store, coffee, and the errands that make a week work.
The Neighborhood Node
Selwyn Avenue is the only genuinely walkable retail inside the neighborhood — a small cluster of a pharmacy, coffee, and a handful of independents serving the western streets. It is not comprehensive and was never meant to be.
Home & Design
For furnishings, textiles, tile, and lighting, the Providence Road and South End design corridors carry most of what a Myers Park renovation needs, with trade-only showrooms accessible through a designer. Our interior design page covers how that sourcing usually works.
Questions
Frequently asked
