The Mint Museum’s Randolph Road campus — North Carolina’s first art museum — is minutes from the neighborhood, with the Mint’s Uptown building, the Bechtler, the Gantt Center, and the Blumenthal Performing Arts Center all within a short drive.
Outdoors & Sport
Freedom Park and the greenway for daily use; several private and public golf courses within fifteen minutes; and Uptown for Panthers, Hornets, and Charlotte FC. Whitewater and mountain-bike facilities sit on the city’s northwest edge.
