Practical Matters

Who Publishes This Guide

Discover Myers Park is an independent neighborhood publication produced by an editorial desk focused on Charlotte's established residential communities. The publication is responsible for its reporting, corrections, page reviews, and source selection. Commercial partners do not receive editorial approval.

Sourcing

Every factual claim on this site should trace to a primary source: the county parcel viewer and assessor for property, the city ordinance and Historic District Commission for regulation, the school district and state education agency for schools, the county park system for recreation, and licensing boards for professional credentials. FAQ answers carry an explicit citation link.

What We Do Not Publish

We do not publish individual property listings, individual sale prices, or anything that describes the neighborhood in terms of the protected characteristics covered by fair housing law. We do not publish figures we cannot source.

Review Cadence

Pages are reviewed on a rolling basis, with school, zoning, and market content prioritised because it changes most. Anything time-sensitive should still be verified against the primary source at the moment you rely on it.

Independence & Disclosure

This is an independent publication, not affiliated with any homeowners association, club, school, or government body. Four featured firms are commercial relationships and are labelled as such throughout; they do not review or approve editorial content. See our advertising disclosure for the full statement.

Corrections and Review

Substantive corrections are made in place after checking the best available primary source. A reviewed date means the page was checked for accuracy; it is not changed simply to suggest freshness. The contact page routes readers to the four featured firms, while factual corrections may be sent to npeters@yourleaderinluxury.com.
