Who Publishes This Guide

This guide is published by the Peters family of businesses, led by Nicholas and Miriam Peters. The seven services listed here are our own companies, not independent recommendations. The guide has no official relationship with any Myers Park neighborhood association, Myers Park Country Club, the City of Charlotte, or Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools.

The same publisher operates the related neighborhood and lake guides listed on Explore Other Places, and the businesses are listed openly on Work with the Peters Team. Links to them are coordinated, not independent endorsements. We do not claim firsthand project experience on any specific Myers Park property unless we can show it.

Sourcing

Every factual claim on this site should trace to a primary source: the county parcel viewer and assessor for property, the city ordinance and Historic District Commission for regulation, the school district and state education agency for schools, the county park system for recreation, and licensing boards for professional credentials. FAQ answers carry an explicit citation link.

What We Do Not Publish

We do not publish individual property listings, individual sale prices, or anything that describes the neighborhood in terms of the protected characteristics covered by fair housing law. We do not publish figures we cannot source.

Researched places and events

Place profiles cite official venue websites, carry verification dates and distinguish Myers Park from surrounding districts. They are researched profiles, not firsthand reviews. Only supported coordinates appear on the geographic map. Events require explicit organizer dates and Eastern times; past occurrences leave upcoming feeds automatically. Evergreen itineraries are labeled separately and do not promise walkability.

Automated journal publication

The journal uses automated, AI-assisted drafting and scheduled publication from a verified local source packet. Quality checks and a weekly interval gate publication; billing, service failure or stale source evidence can pause it. The active schedule runs Tuesdays with Wednesday and Friday retries. We do not guarantee perpetual uptime or describe automated essays as firsthand visits. Event discovery is not an automatically refreshed organizer-calendar feed: expired occurrences leave upcoming views, and newly verified occurrences must be added before they appear.

Review Cadence

Pages are reviewed on a rolling basis, with school, zoning, and market content prioritised because it changes most. Anything time-sensitive should still be verified against the primary source at the moment you rely on it.

This is an independent publication, not affiliated with any homeowners association, club, school, or government body. Peters services belong to the publisher and are disclosed as affiliated. Researched independent profiles do not imply a hosted visit or sponsorship. Any future hosted, sponsored or paid feature must be labeled in the article. Corrections and Review

Substantive corrections are made in place after checking the best available primary source. A reviewed date means the page was checked for accuracy; it is not changed simply to suggest freshness. The contact page includes a private editorial form for corrections. Include the affected URL and an official source; personal contact information is never published.
